No knowledge Is Lost

Adanma was a girl who lived with her step mum..She lost her mum at a tender age of five,and was subjected to different chores that were beyond her capacity..She was a girl that had passion to succeed,even though the environment she found herself wasnt favorable.. She never complained, instead she work diligently both at home at in her studies.. This make her the favorite of her dad among all the children..
Knowing this, her step mum grew a deeper hatred towards her..She was jealous of Adanma's exploit both at home and in school.. Adanma was brilliant, a teacher's favorite anytime anyday.. She had broken and set a lot of academic records in her junior secondary school classes..Ada has equally promoted the popularity of her school by winning her numerous awards Ar various inter-school competitions both within and outside their state..
Ada's step mum took an evil step..She wasn't going to kill her she said to herself.. Instead she was going to hamper her performances at school by heaping much chores on her..She plotted a plan.. Adanma will start hawking pepper for her..She told her husband about the new development, which Ada's dad couldn't reject due to his financial weakness..
After school everyday, Ada hawked pepper within and beyond their vicinity.. She had to sell all she hawks or face the wrath of her step mum..Nothing was going to hamper her success in life she whispered daily to herself.. She sells profitably every time she hawked, much to the dissatisfaction of her step mum. Ada was entrusted with travelling to the rural areas to buy the pepper to market for sales..She did this diligently and brilliantly..
Her peedoeman at school were being affected by this..She lost her position as the best student and was gradually losing her sharpness in class.. Her teachers were worried but couldn't offer any assistance.. After six years in high school,Ada left the school with an excellent final exam grades..She wasn't going to furthermore though,because her step mum who has been bearing her financial needs had objected.. It didn't weigh her down..She was happy she could concentrate on repaying her step mum financial assistance by helping her more in her pepper business..
Ada became so popular in the business that some people do not buy from any other seller,including her step mum,except Ada..She sells at a faster and profitable rate..Her step mum wasn't happy at this,and abuses her anytime she commits a blunder..Adanma wasnt drowned by this, instead it widened her knowledge about the business..
Years later, On her way to market as usual on a special day,she was approached by a couple who were looking to purchase pepper in bulk..The couple were surprised to discover that Ada was a pepper seller..The wife enquired for her name..She asked her if she remembered a certain Ifeoma during her secondary school days.. Ada was excited to discover that it was her best friend who she was standing in front..They exchanged pleasantries and took time to relate each other stories after graduation from high school.. Ifeoma's was a direct opposite of Ada's..She had travelled oversea to compete her studies and was preparing to get engaged to the son of the only minister from their town..Ifeoma felt sorry for Ada and promised to try all she could in assisting her..
After Ifeoma's engagement, she and her husband, paid a surprise visit ti Ada much to the surprise of Ada's stepmum..The couple discussed extensively with Ada on ways they could help revive her future..Ada told them she was willing to return to school and earn her degree. The couple accepted to assist her in all ways..Even though Ada's step mum wasn't happy to see her return to school, she couldn't object because she wasn't going to be involved..
Five years later Ada graduated with a First class honours in Accountancy. She secured a job with an accounting firm,where she headed the accounting department.. She wasn't deeply happy with being under someone,she wanted to start something on her own..She surprised the her friends and associated when she has to quit the position which was a dream for every worker to establish her own small company which deal in buying and selling of pepper in bulk..Many saw this idea of hers as being crappy, but she proved them wrong the acceptance of the firm by majority of the populace within and outside their state..Her success was due to her vast experience in the pepper business and her enterprise as a young woman who was ready to succeed boundlessly..
Her biggest breakthrough came when her company partnered with a multinational foreign firm in the distribution and exportation of pepper within and outside the continent..She made it big out of nothing.. She became a pride to both her nation and her family,especially her step mum,who pleaded for forgiveness at the turn of things..



Moral: Whatever you can learn beyond the four walls of your school, diligently do.. No knowledge is ever useless and waste less..Be a star you wish to be!!
